The human is the aspirational student; the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; and the book refers to education, learning, knowledge and wisdom. The colour red signifies energy, passion, and determination and the colour blue represents stability, intelligence, and professionalism in academic settings.
