Below the banner, the initials of the college ‘CSI BASCAS’ is written. Overall the emblem looks like a bishop's mitre (hat) signifying wisdom and spiritual authority, representing the college's namesake, Bishop Appasamy. The cross and the vine symbolises Christ as the true vine and believers as the branches, emphasizing connection, life, and spiritual growth (John 15:5). The grapes represent the fruits of the spirit and the Eucharist.
