The emblem of Shri Kulswamini Shikshan Prasarak Mandal' Bill Gates Institute of Computer Science and Management (Bill Gates College) features an atomic diagram with orbiting electrons, a computer and a mortarboard hat ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The seal is placed on an open book supported by a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘विद्या विनियोगात् विकासः’ meaning ‘Knowledge Leads to Development’. The atomic diagram symbolises science; the computer symbolises technology; the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; and the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
