The shield is supported by a pair of laurels. Below the shield, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Truth Obedience Sacrifice’ is inscribed. The year of establishment of the college is written at the bottom. The name and motto of the college are written on the right of the pictorial. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the pigeon symbolises peace, love, loyalty, and divine communication across various cultures; the microscope refers to science and technology; and the trophy and the sportspersons refer to physical fitness, competitiveness, success and achievement. The lamp symbolises enlightenment and the dispelling of ignorance through education; and the book represents formal education, academic excellence, and the dissemination of knowledge for social development. The laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
