The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the cross refers to Christianilty and the college’s religious affiliation; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the paddy refers to agriculture, nature, sustenance and growth; the star refers to divine guidance and blessings; and the handshake  refers to goodwill, agreement, or farewell, representing trust, respect, and equality.

NATIONAL DISASTER RESPONSE FORCE The emblem of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has a blue triangle held in an orange circle and ensconced by a thick green, white and orange tricolour border. It is further circumscribed by a blue border on which its name is inscribed along with its motto in Sanskrit ‘आपदा सेवा सदैव सर्वत्र’ meaning ‘Sustained Disaster Response Service Under All Circumstances’.
