The wordmark emblem of VET Institute of Arts & Science (VETIAS) features the initials ‘VETIAS’ of in white sans-serif overlapping capitals on a blue dark blue banner with the dot on the letter depicted as three horizontal strokes of green, fresh green and yellow. Below the initials, the motto of the college ‘Educate Empower Elevate’ is written. The green stripe symbolises growth, renewal, abundance, and stability; the fresh green stripe symbolises nature, fertility, growth, and environmental sustainability; the yellow stripe represents the sun, energy and power; and the colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner.
