The emblem of Arunamalai College of Education (ACE) features a blue shield housing the motifs of the gopuram and ‘dwjasthambam’ of Thiruvarur Thyagaraja Temple, an open book, an image of God Shiva, a ‘kuthuvilakku’ (a traditional lamp), three yellow flags representing the erstwhile dynasties of Chera, Chola and Pandya and the tagline of the college ‘Live Let Live’. Below the shield, on a green banner supported with two traditional lamps, the motto of the college ‘See It Do It Feel It’ is inscribed. The name and place of the college surmounts the shield. The Thiruvarur Thyagaraja Temple, located in Tamil Nadu, is one of India's largest and most revered Shiva temples, known for its immense 30-acre complex, 9 gopurams, and 1,000 pillars signifies divine grace and guidance; the image of God Shiva symbolises the ultimate, formless consciousness, acting as the divine transformer who manages the cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction; the book refers to  knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the lamps symbolise light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery.
