The black circle symbolises mystery and the end of one phase and the beginning of another; the bow and arrow centers on power, focus, and direction, representing both physical martial prowess and spiritual aim; the laurels are are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the colour gold signifies wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement.
