SUMAN RAMESH TULSIANI TECHNICAL CAMPUS FACULTY OF ENGINEERING (SRTTC)

The red and orange emblem of Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Technical Campus Faculty of Engineering (SRTTC) features a shield inscribed with the motifs of a laptop computer and a gearwheel, a partial gearwheel with a tool, a human brain and a pair of gearwheels and a spanner. A banner inscribed with the initials of the college ‘SRTTC’ is placed on the shield at the bottom. The shield is placed on a circle with radiating rays ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college and a pair of laurels. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the brain denotes intellect, consciousness, creativity, and mental health; and the other motifs refer to science, engineering and technology; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. DIRECTORATE OF FORENSIC SCIENCE SERVICES During 1983, the then Scientific Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SAC-C) under the overall guidance of an Expert Committee chaired by Prof. M. M. Sharma, FRS, recommended that the laboratories in Delhi, Calcutta and Hyderabad must be developed as Science and Technology institutions, functioning in an autonomous fashion. Accordingly, the Government of India declared the forensic science Institutions, as Science and Technology institutions. In the first phase, the three Central Forensic Science Laboratories at Calcutta, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh were restructured into six scientific division viz. Biology, Ballistics, Chemistry, Explosive, Physics and Toxicology.
