The sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the globe denotes education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the map refers to the nationalistic orientation of the college; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; and the fish are the emblem of the erstwhile ‘Pandya Kingdom’, the region in which the college is located.
