The flying dots represent speed, dynamism, growth and passion while red colour gives vibrancy, ‘much like today’s traveler.

On its right its acronym is written in blue serif typeface and its name is written below that. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) was established by an Act of State Legislature on January 16, 1997, to promote technical, management and pharmaceutical education in the State. It got its current name in 2015. The red and blue emblem of the university has a structure of an atom with a sun placed in the centre and supported at the bottom by a pair of hands on a blue circle, meaning the nourish, support and propagate technical and scientific education. It is ensconced in a red border which bears the name of the university in Punjabi and English. GOA UNIVERSITY Goa University (GU) has three campuses in Panaji, Margao and Vasco da Gama. Its history dates back to the 17th century, when the Portuguese established the first university courses in Goa. NO. 14 SQUADRON The No. 14 Squadron Indian Air Force (Bulls), is a ground attack unit, operating out of IAF Ambala. The Squadron’s motto is ‘Balam Jayay’ meaning ‘Strength will Conquer’. This Squadron is also called ‘Bulls’ and its insignia has a bull in the centre. This squadron spent considerable part of their existence in Eastern India, first at Barrackpore Air Force Station, in the Calcutta suburbs and later at Kalaikunda, south-west of Calcutta. It was from this airbase they saw action, briefly during September 1965 and in December 1971. No. 14 Squadron had the unusual opportunity of being deployed at the captured PAF airbase of Jessore during the final stages of the Bangladesh war.
