The insignia of Gokul Global University (GGU) has a pictorial of an ocelli of a peacock, which adores Lord Krishna’s crown, with its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्या अनन्तम्’ meaning 'Knowledge is Infinite’ is inscribed below. Adjacent to this the name of the university is written in bold serif capitals. The colourful ocelli of the peacock denotes beauty, new beginnings, protection, self-expression, spiritual awakening, faithfulness, strength and power, immortality, immunity to evil and good fortune.

KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) was established in 1992 as a vocational training centre with two staff and twelve students. KIIT owes its existence to the vision of its founder Prof. Achyuta Samanta. The green colour emblem of the institute has a bottom half of a gear wheel supporting the acronym ‘KIIT’ of its name in which the two ‘i’s depicting two humans.
