Sai Tirupati University (STU) is located in the city of Udaipur. The emblem of the university has a black and red shield bearing its acronym ‘STU’ supported by a flame, an open book and a pair of laurels placed in a circle with blue border and red border lines. The blue border carries the name and place of the university. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the flame enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the open book denotes knowledge and wisdom; the laurels signifies are symbols of victory, success and achievement. The colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
