In May 2002, ITC made its entry in the branded atta segment and within a short period of time became the number one branded packaged atta across the country with Aashirvaad. Aashirvaad claims that the ingredients are carefully hand-picked and processed with the same love and care with which one prepares one's food. Aashirvaad covers the range of atta, ghee, salt, spices and instant mixes. The brand’s logo has a motif of an orange sun and flower and pair of green leaves shooting up. This is supported by a word mark of its name in red capital sans serif letters in red even stroke thickness and curved stroke endings. The logo looks pleasant, fresh and vibrant and communicates a positive and confident interest in it.
