The Aditya Birla Group (ABG)is an Indian multinational conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The group has a presence in thirty six nations and derives over fifty percent of its revenue from its global operations. The group was founded in 1857 by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla, a textile trader. The group's businesses are diversified across a wide range of industries, including cement, metals, textiles, chemicals, financial services and retail. The corporate mark of the group is a fine blend of continuity and change. It captures our legacy and moves on with modernity. Our energy derives from the sun, termed Aditya in our mythology, and so closely linked with the name of our legendary leader and my father, Aditya Vikram Birla. The logo uses yellow, orange and tones of red and is made using the abstract forms of ‘A’ and ‘V’ intersected by sun, resulting in a structural and geometric creation in bright colours.

Pirates have proved themselves as real champions by giving three consecutive wins back to back. Owned by KVS Energy and Sports Limited, Patna Pirates believes that the spirit of the pirate is the spirit of not letting go, of using the environment to advantage, of striking when the enemy is least aware. It is named not after the criminal meaning of the word but after the Greek word 'peirin' which means ‘to attack’. COTTON UNIVERSITY Cotton University (CU) was formerly known as Cotton College, the institute was established in 1901 by Sir Henry Stedman Cotton, the Chief Commissioner of the erstwhile British province of Assam. It became a constituent college of Gauhati University in 1948. In 2011 the Cotton College State University was established vide an Act of the Government of Assam, with the college as a constituent. Cotton University came into being in 2017 through The Cotton University Act, 2017 that enabled the unification of Cotton College State University and Cotton College. PALLAVA DYNASTY - BULL The Pallava Dynasty existed from 275 CE to 897 CE, ruling a significant portion of the Deccan, also known as Thondaimandalam. The dynasty rose to prominence after the downfall of the Satavahana dynasty, with whom they had formerly served as feudatories. The Pallavas became a major South Indian power during the reign of Mahendravarman I(600–630 CE) and Narasimhavarman I (630–668 CE), dominating for about 600 years, until the end of the 9th century. Kancheepuram served as the capital of the Pallava kingdom.  They developed the Pallava script, from which, Grantha ultimately took form. This script eventually gave rise to several other Southeast Asian scripts such Khmer. The Chinese traveller Xuanzang visited Kanchipuram during Pallava rule and extolled their benign rule.
