Woxsen University’s unique traits rest on the bedrock of innovative learning. Woxsen University is the flag bearer of the first private universities in the young state of Telangana. The university’s logo is a word mark in red and grey. It has its acronym written in two lines with ‘O’ forming the apex of the triad and is filled by a textured and embossed depiction of ‘W’. Its name is written to the left aligning with the letter ‘U’. As a composite it looks like a forward looking arrow, which is strong, sober and determined. The red denotes passion, love, power, strength, prestige, courage, excitement, energy and importance and the colour grey denotes neutrality, practicality, efficiency, maturity, wisdom, sophistication, stability, reliability and modernity. Overall, this logo suits a modern private university to the dot.

The motto is written in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’. Inside the border, motifs of a drum, supported by a pair of horns; an open book topped by a red sun ; a banyan tree and a pair of crests of millets are placed.
