Government of India, through notification no 3837 dated 26.11.2019, amalgamted Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, Purvanchal Bank and Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank into Baroda U.P. Bank (BUPB) under sponsorship of Bank of Baroda with its head office at Gorakhpur with effect from April 1, 2020. Its logo is a unique representation of a composite symbol. It comprises dual 'B' letterforms that hold the rays of the rising sun. We call this the Baroda Sun and it represents the Sponsor Bank – Bank of Baroda. The twin green leaf twigs encircling the Baroda Sun depicts our commitment to protect 'Rays of Hope' of rural people by contributing to socio-economic development of rural India. The logo is supported by a pair of ploughs on either side.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. Yellow represents warmth, speed and light. The strokes denote speed, efficiency and quality service. AT the right of the motif, its name is written in red serif font, the serifs of which face left.
