Yes Bank Ltd. is a full service commercial bank providing a complete range of products, services and technology driven digital offerings, catering to retail, MSME as well as corporate clients. The logo of the bank has a word mark and a symbol in blue and red. The letter ‘Y’ has been treated as an ‘alright’ mark in red. Its name ‘Yes’ is written in sans serif bold and ‘Bank’ written in sans serif regular on a blue rectangle. The ‘alright’ mark is placed in between these two words. The logo has undergone a revision in 2023 with a ‘right mark’ or a ‘tick mark’ in red colour followed by its name on right in blue colour. Its tagline also has been changed to ‘Life Ko Banao Rich’.

The earlier logo was trendy, modern, positive and dynamic in presenting a modern bank. Its logo communicates its tagline ‘Good People to Bank With’ effortlessly. The logo was designed by the branding agency Landor Associates. The logo was first unveiled in 2004, when Yes Bank was founded. It has been updated several times over the years, but it has always retained its basic design.

EMBLEM OF MAHARASHTRA The emblem of the State of Maharashtra is a circular seal depicting a Samai Diva Lamp surrounded by 16 lotus blooms. Between the Samai lamp and lotus blossoms is a motto in Sanskrit 'प्रतिपच्चंद्रलेखेव वर्धिष्णुर्विश्व वंदिता महाराष्ट्रस्य राज्यस्य मुद्रा भद्राय राजते' ( Pratipaccandralēkhēva vardhiṣṇurviśva vanditā mahārāṣṭrasya rājyasya mudrā bhadrāya rājatē ), which translates as ‘The Glory of this Seal of the State Government of Maharashtra will Grow like the First day Moon. It will be worshipped by the world and will shine only for the well being of its people’. The motto is based on one found on the (rajmudra) ‘royal seal’ used by 17th century Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji, the only difference being that the name of the monarch is replaced by the name of the State.
