MANASAROWAR PUSHKARINI VIDYASHRAMA

Manasarowar Pushkarini Vidyashrama (MPV) was founded in the year 1986. It was created to inspire students to go beyond the regular facets of education and take ‘Education Beyond Tomorrow'. Its circular emblem of the school (MPV) in grey has a lotus floating on water blooming with the rising sun, denote new dawn, new hope, knowledge, light, purity and wisdom. These are ensconced by a circular border carrying the name of the school and its motto in Sanskrit ‘श्रद्धावान लभते ज्ञानम्’ meaning ‘The Believer Attains Knowledge’.

TEERTHANKER MAHAVEER UNIVERSITY Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), was established by an Act (No. 30) of 2008 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2008. The emblem of the university has a motif of a pair of green flying birds motif supporting the acronym of the name and place of the university are placed in a circular orange vignette background. These are ensconced by a half white and half red border which bears the name of the university in English and Devanagari respectively. On a banner with orange tones, its motto in Sanskrit ‘सम्यक् दर्शन, सम्यक् ज्ञान, सम्यक् चारित्र' meaning ‘Right philosophy, Right knowledge, Right character’ is inscribed in black. The green flying bird symbols mean good luck, hope, joy, new beginnings, renewal and healing.

GURU GHASIDAS VISHWAVIDYALAYA Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (GGV), is a Central University of India, located in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh State, established under Central Universities Act 2009, No. 25 of 2009. Formerly called Guru Ghasidas University (GGU), established by an Act of the State Legislative Assembly, was formally inaugurated on June 16, 1983. INDIAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE CULTIVATION OF SCIENCE Founded on July 29, 1876 by Dr Mahendra Lal Sircar, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) is the oldest institute in India devoted to the pursuit of fundamental research in the frontier areas of basic sciences. Professor C V Raman worked at IACS during 1907 to 1933, and it is here that he discovered the celebrated effect that bears his name and for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. Activities of the Association at 210 Bowbazar Street, Calcutta, in the very early years were supported by generous public contributions.
