Below the gearwheels, on a banner the motto of the college 'Work is Worship' is inscribed. Sri Basaveshwara, a 12th-century Indian philosopher, social reformer, and statesman who championed social equality and advocated for a casteless society. His presence symbolizes the institute's commitment to his ideals of social justice and human values. The gear wheels denote interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
