The emblem of Government Engineering College, Munger (GEC Munger) features a cyan sprocket wheel inscribed with the name and place of the college housing a red gearwheel. The motifs of a laptop computer, a pair of transmission towers, a pair of gearwheels and a water dam are placed within the gearwheel. The sprocket wheel is supported by a pair of cyan laurels. The sprocket wheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of science, engineering and technology.
