The three green twigs of leaves serve as a direct symbol for agriculture, vitality and sustainable growth. In a broader academic context, this represents the flourishing of knowledge and the throbbing life forms central to agricultural studies. The green circular border symbolises continuity, completeness and a nurturing environment for education. The abstract, upward-pointing sheaves of grass are intended to represent innovation, the arrival of new life and the economic upliftment of the local farming community.
