The yellow, orange and red emblem of Truba Group of Institutes, Bhopal features a stylised ‘T’, which is the first letter of its name. The top arms curve elegantly outward and upward like wide wings, symbolising limitless growth, global vision and the pursuit of higher achievements in education and technology. The stylised human figure or torch with outstretched arms or a rising flame of torch. This symbolises empowerment, leadership development and the illumination of knowledge. The central petal or flame in bright yellow elliptical shape in the lower centre replicates a blooming petal or an active flame, embodying innovation, creativity and the unfolding potential of the students. The colour orange represents energy, enthusiasm, dynamism, and warmth. It highlights the institution's vibrant campus life and forward-moving drive. Yellow represents intellect, clarity, wisdom and optimism for a bright future. Deep maroon used for the text ‘Truba’, signifying stability, deep-rooted academic excellence and a professional foundation.

SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.
