Below wheel, on a blue banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘विज्ञान दीपेन संसार भयं निवर्त्तते’ meaning ‘With the Lamp of Science, the Fear of the World is Dispelled’ is inscribed. At the bottom, the year of establishment of the college is written. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the sun symbolises the dawn of knowledge, education and the elimination of ignorance through learning; the light bulb represents innovation, creative ideas and the spark of invention; the profile and the brain symbolises intelligence, human cognition and logical thinking; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering and technology.
