INDIRA GANDHI DELHI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN

Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) was established by the Government of NCT of Delhi in May, 2013. The circular emblem in green, yellow and red colours holds the motifs of a transmission tower, gear wheel, ‘D’ cutout, a screw and an USB flash drive representing the letters of the university’s acronym ‘IGDTUW’ and symbolising different domains of engineering; it has a red rising sun symbolising, a new beginning and rise; India Gate and Qutub Minar signifying Delhi. Its objectives 'Education - Enlightenment - Empowerment' in yellow circumscribes these motifs and is supported by white, green and yellow border lines. On a white border around these its name is written. At the bottom of all these on a banner its motto in Sanskrit ‘आपो दीपो भवः’ meaning ‘You are the Lamp’ in red is written.

DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Indian citizen to access authentic documents and certificates such as driving licence, vehicle registration, academic mark list in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates. It also provides one GB storage space to each account to upload scanned copies of legacy documents. Its emblem in purple colour has a cloud with a keyhole with a background of a document. Its name is written alongside and its tag line is written below the name.
