Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (SSAHE), Tumkur was established vide MHRD GOI No. F.9-31/2006-U.3 (A) dated: 30/05/2008 of Government of India. The circular emblem in green colour has a banner in yellow colour, which carries its motto ‘Reach the Unreached’. The emblem has a broad green colour border circle which carries its name and place. Inside the emblem on a shield motifs of Caduceus the Staff of Hermes with a pair of entwined snakes and wings; Gautama Buddha; the Staff of Aesculapius - rod with a snake entwined and an electric transmission tower are placed in four quadrants. The staff of caduces and Aesculapius represents medicine and medical profession; Buddha represents the founding institution and the transmission tower represents the engineering faculties. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery.
