SIR PADMAPAT SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY

Sir Padmapat Singhania University (SPSU) has been established by JK Cement Ltd. Nimbahera Foundation (JKCNF) through an Act of the State Government of Rajasthan. The logo has a pictorial and word mark in blue. The circular pictorial is an abstract representation of a tree of knowledge with trunks, branches meaning branches of engineering and nodes meaning interactions of engineering branches in blue colour and vertical bluish green strokes signifying abundance of opportunities and rooted support. The emblem reflects the future-ready stance and the university’s commitment to experiential learning with application based training and methodologies. On its right its acronym and name are written in sans serif blue with a font, strokes of which do not join.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.
