Sister Nivedita University (SNU) is a private university located in New Town, Kolkata. Its circular has a profile picture of Sister Nivedita placed on an orange circle, which is ensconced by a light blue border, which carries its name and motto ‘Knowledge Innovation Excellence’. It has purple festoons on bottom, left and right and has its acronym ‘SNU’ placed a monogram on top. The colour bluish purple signifies  dignity, devotion and independence. This emblem is different and conveys a sense of passion.

ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE HINDI VISHWAVIDYALAYA Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (ABVHV) was established on December 19, 2011 by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 34, 2011. The orange and red emblem of the university has a monogram using its Devanagari acronym in white colour placed on a red circle and circumscribed by a snake. These are ensconced by a circular border in orange colour with red outline bearing the name of the university in Devanagari and a pair of horns of deer and its year of establishment.
