Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) is a ‘Deemed to be University’ located at Dayalbagh in Agra. The university’s emblem has a lotus crested by a sun and supported by a pair of laurels and topped by its name and ensconced by a blue circle. Its name and place in Devanagari circumscribe the blue circle. The lotus signifies purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; sun signifies light, universal prosperity and path for growth and a pair of laurels signify victory and achievement.
