SHRI JAGDISH PRASAD JHABARMAL TIBREWALA UNIVERSITY

Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University (JJTU) was established in 2009. JJTU was founded by Shri Rajasthani Sewa Sangh, Mumbai in the name of Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala. The circular yellow, gold and brown toned emblem of the university has an open book with wings symbolising the freedom one shall get with knowledge and wisdom; the human behind the book with hands spread symbolising openness, willingness and acceptance placed on a background of desert sands with camel and glowing sun. The desert and the camel represent the geography of the locale and the sun signifies light, universal prosperity and path for growth. Its acronym is placed behind the book and the human motif. All these are ensconced in a circular golden border, with its name written in on it and supported by a pair of laurels which symbolise success, victory and achievement. The golden colour symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. Its circular emblem has a ‘Poorna Kumbham’ or ‘Kalasha’ which means ‘Full or Complete Vessel’ when the pot is referred to as the Kalasha. It was rechristened as National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra on June 26, 2002. Its brown colour emblem is a gear wheel, in whose border the name of the institute and the place is written. In a circle within the gear a bow and an upward pointing arrow is placed. The bow radiates energy. The name and logo for the unique numbers to be issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) have been developed keeping in mind the transformational potential of the programme. Together, they communicate the essence and spirit of the UIDAI's mandate to people across the country. The design, which has been selected as the logo for Aadhaar, is a sun in red and yellow, with a fingerprint traced across its centre. The logo effectively communicates the vision for Aadhaar. It represents a new dawn of equal opportunity for each individual, a dawn which emerges from the unique identity the number guarantees for each individual. The logo was designed by Atul S. Pande of Pune and is selected through a competition in the year 2010.

SYMBIOSIS SOCIETY Symbiosis Society is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 and a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, having its registered office at Senapati Bapat Road, Pune in India. Its motto is 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakkam’ meaning ‘World is one Family’. In 2002, the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India conferred the 'Deemed to be University' status on Symbiosis. Its insignia in red colour has an emblem and its name written in sans serif capital letters with thick and thin strokes.
