SUSHANT UNIVERSITY

Sushant University (Erstwhile Ansal University) was established in 2012 under the Haryana Private Universities Act 2006 and is located in Gurugram. It has eight schools offering programmes in architecture, design, law, management, hospitality, engineering, health sciences and planning and development. Sushant University has been awarded the National Education Excellence award Best Private University in Northern India 2017 along with CSR Excellence in Education award for two consecutive years for 2017 and 2018. Sushant School of Art and Architecture at Sushant University is the flagship school which started in 1989 and has been consistently ranked number one Private Architecture School in India by Outlook Magazine. Its mission is ‘Ahead. For Life’ (Sushant University).

The logo of the university has two vertical stripes of red and grey and on its right its name is written in sans serif bold in red colour and ‘University’ is written in sans serif medium in grey colour at below. The logo is simple, elegant and gracious. The colour red signifies passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the colour grey signifies neutrality, practicality, efficiency, maturity, wisdom, sophistication, stability, reliability and modernity.  These two are classic and sophisticated colours and when combined they compliment each other incredibly well, leaving a very polished effect. These colours aptly brand the university to match its motto.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. Its circular emblem has a ‘Poorna Kumbham’ or ‘Kalasha’ which means ‘Full or Complete Vessel’ when the pot is referred to as the Kalasha. It was rechristened as National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra on June 26, 2002. Its brown colour emblem is a gear wheel, in whose border the name of the institute and the place is written. In a circle within the gear a bow and an upward pointing arrow is placed. The bow radiates energy. There is a downward pointing arrow in the name of the place emphazising the importance of the place and the grounding. The name and logo for the unique numbers to be issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) have been developed keeping in mind the transformational potential of the programme. Together, they communicate the essence and spirit of the UIDAI's mandate to people across the country. The design, which has been selected as the logo for Aadhaar, is a sun in red and yellow, with a fingerprint traced across its centre. The logo effectively communicates the vision for Aadhaar. It represents a new dawn of equal opportunity for each individual, a dawn which emerges from the unique identity the number guarantees for each individual. The logo was designed by Atul S. Pande of Pune and is selected through a competition in the year 2010.

Its emblem is a gearwheel with sixteen teeth in a dark violet colour encompassing a yellow border and a light green circle. The border carries the name of the college. The light green circle has a magnetic circuit, a manufacturing plant, a satellite, a dish antenna and a transmission tower, a tree, a bridge, a computer and a flask. This covers all the major areas of learning in the college. Its acronym is placed below the emblem.

Its motto is 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakkam’ meaning ‘World is one Family’. In 2002, the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India conferred the 'Deemed to be University' status on Symbiosis. Its insignia in red colour has an emblem and its name written in sans serif capital letters with thick and thin strokes. The emblem is a globe tightly hugged by a stylized ‘S’, with its motto ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ written in Sanskrit. Adjacent to this is its name written.
