SUNRISE UNIVERSITY

Sun Rise University (SRU) was established  in the year 2011 by the Sunrise Integrated Educational Trust in the state of Rajasthan by the Rajasthan Private Universities Act No. 25, 2011. The emblem of the university is a shield divided in orange and green halves horizontally, with three vertical strokes in white on both the sides. The top orange portion has a gear wheel with a radiating Shivling supported by an open book inside. The green portion has the name and place of the university written on it. The shield symbolise protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; gear wheel symbolise interconnectedness, efficiency and precision, progress and advancement, synchronisation and timing and order and structure; open book knowledge and wisdom; Shivling represents Shiva as the generative power, all of existence, all creativity and fertility at very cosmic level; the vertical lines signifies strength, vitality, growth, life energy, potency colour orange symbolise positivity and encouragement for success with wisdom and creativity and the colour green symbolises hope, freedom, agriculture, nature and fertility and yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.

SANT BABA BHAG SINGH UNIVERSITY The emblem of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU) in orange and blue has a Khanda forming the background for orange rising sun supported by an open book and a pair of laurels on sides surmounted by its acronym. KARNATAKA POLICE Police in Karnataka were called by various names in different regions. After initiation of policing, they were initially called Thoti, Talwar, Umbalidhar, Kattubidi, Neeraganti etc. The police primarily with policing used to do other jobs entrusted to them. Mysore State was the predecessor to Karnataka State, which was created on November 1, 1965. Sri. L. Rickets was appointed as first Inspector General of Police. RAJENDRA UNIVERSITY Rajendra University, Balangir, recognized by UGC as a State Public University, owes its origin to an Intermediate college setup in Balangir in 1944 by Maharaja Rajendra Narayan Sighdeo, the then ruler of the erstwhile Patna State and one of the former Chief Ministers of Odisha. CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF TAMILNADU The Government of India founded the Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN), along with eight other Central Universities, through an Act of Parliament in 2009. Its emblem is in the form of a black shield with a crest of flames in yellow and orange colours. The top portion of the shield, which is separated by a horizontal double head arrow line, has its name written in Devanagari topped by a rising sun. The portion below this is divided into three parts with a symbol of recycling materials, a graduating scholar in a halo and a stem of plant shooting from a pair of meshed gear wheels, which are supported by a pair of blue ribbons. The recycle emblem and the graduate are separated by a pair of downward flowing ribbons. Below the gear, the year of establishment of the university is written. The edge of the shield is marked by the name of the university in English.
