SPICER ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY

Spicer Adventist University (SAU), Pune, is part of the global Seventh-day Adventist System of Education consisting of fifty two universities, hundreds of colleges, seminaries and thousands of schools spread all over the world. SAU established vide Maharashtra Act XIV of 2014, is the second self-financing private university and the first Christian Minority Institution in the State of Maharashtra is located on a sixty acre campus. The emblem of the university consists of an open book - Bible, written around in Latin with ‘Amor Vincit Omnia’ meaning ‘Love Conquers All’, which is ensconced by a wavy blue border which carries its name and country divided by a pair of stars. This is kept above a torch which stands in the background symbolising the duty to humanity as ‘We are the light of the world to lead others to God’ (Matthew 5:16). These are supported by a pair of laurels of green foliage to denote hope, prosperity, peace and healing. At the bottom, a blue banner bears its motto ‘He Shall Teach You All Things’ (John 14.26).

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’.
