SRI KONDA LAXMAN TELANGANA STATE HORTICULTURAL UNIVERSITY

Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University (SKLTSHU) was established on December 23, 2014. The university runs on the land grant pattern of the USA, with a mandate on Education, Research and Extension of horticulture domain.The green and pink circular logo with a pink banner has a the map of the State of Telangana in the centre surrounded by fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, DNA structure, a microscope, an open book and a rising sun. These are ensconced in a pink gear wheel which bears the name of the university in Telugu along with the year of establishment and a green border with its name. At the bottom on a pink banner supported by a pair of rose sticks the acronym of its name is written. The open book denotes knowledge and wisdom; the rising sun signifies light, universal prosperity and path for growth and gear wheel denotes interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure. The colours pink and green are the popular colours of the State of Telengana.

SILVER OAK UNIVERSITY The Silver Oak University (SOU) was established in 2009 by the Silver Oak Group of Institutes. It has been accorded the status of Private University under Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009. NETAJI SUBHAS UNIVERSITY The red colour insignia of the Netaji Subhas University (NSU) has a shield holding a traditional lamp above which the acronym and place of the university are placed. The shield has a thick border. The top portion of the shield has another border ending as banners on either side carry the year of establishment of the university. The shield is supported by a pair of laurels. BENGALURU NORTH UNIVERSITY The Government of Karnataka has notified the establishment of Bengaluru North University by trifurcating the erstwhile Bangalore University through its Gazette Notification on August 13, 2015 and was inaugurated on September 21, 2017. This is a State University located in Kolar in Karnataka. The emblem of the university depicts the importance of the jurisdictional area through its geographical features, scientific development and the rhythm of people’s lives. The circular emblem has three concentric circles, which represent the conscious, subconscious and dreams. RAJA SHANKAR SHAH UNIVERSITY, CHHINDWARA Raja Shankar Shah University, Chhindwara University (RSUC) has been established by the GOvernment of Madhya Pradesh dated June 17, 2019. The green colour octagonal emblem of the university is a pictorial of a flower created using the motifs of three open books, seven humans and reading of books standing on a pedestal. SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.
