The emblem of JSS Science and Technology University (JSSSTU) features the picture of Sri Adi Jagadguru Bagavatpada, which is ensconced in the letter ‘ॐ’ drawn as a border. In the border at the top 'ಕಾಯಕವೇ ಕೈಲಾಸ' in Kannada  meaning ‘Work is Worship’ and at the bottom ‘JSS Maha Vidyapeetha’ are written. These are further circumscribed by three pairs of two overlapping arrows in orange and blue forming a revolving pattern also forming a hexagon. The emblem denotes constant evolution and growth. The colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness and the colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
