The orange insignia of Mandsaur University (MU) has a shield with orange outline housing the letter ‘M’ depicted as an entrance with three pillars, above which a vessel of burning fire is placed. The shield denotes safety, protection, readiness to overcome difficulties, power, valiance and cooperation; the three pillars are the bridge to heaven from earth and pillar means strength, security of foundation and trustworthiness; the vessel of fire denotes cleansing and sanctification and the colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness.

Muzaffarnagar Medical College (MMC) is offering courses in medical science leading to the degree of MBBS. On December 27, 2002 RIT, Jamshedpur was upgraded to National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur with the Deemed University status. Its insignia in the form of an oblong shield has a number of elements and motifs within. Its name and place supported by two laurels of cereals; map of India within a gear wheel circumscribed by a revolving line; an electrical transmission tower; a scientific experiment; a burning lamp; a reservoir dam and a banner with its motto ‘शंन ॠभवः सुकृतः सुहस्ताः’ meaning ‘Well Done Well Handled’.

VVCE is an autonomous institute affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Its emblem is a gearwheel with sixteen teeth in a dark violet colour encompassing a yellow border and a light green circle. The border carries the name of the college. The light green circle has a magnetic circuit, a manufacturing plant, a satellite, a dish antenna and a transmission tower, a tree, a bridge, a computer and a flask. This covers all the major areas of learning in the college. Its acronym is placed below the emblem.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. Its circular emblem has a ‘Poorna Kumbham’ or ‘Kalasha’ which means ‘Full or Complete Vessel’ when the pot is referred to as the Kalasha. The Purna-Kalasha is considered a symbol of abundance and 'Source of Life' in the Vedas. Purna-Kumbha is a Vedic motif, known from the time of Rigveda. It is held above the lotus, which is supported by a book and a pair of laurels of cereal on both the sides.
