The tricolour emblem of Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLUA) has the picture of Kailash Temple pillar from Ellora caves located in Aurangabad supported by the swooshes of tricolour within a circle. This is ensconced by a blue and tricolour decorative borders in which its name and place are inscribed. Its motto in Sanskrit ‘यतो धर्मस्ततो जयः’ (Mahabharata) meaning ‘Where There is Dharma, There will Be Victory’ is inscribed below the seal.

DAKSHIN BIHAR GRAMIN BANK Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (DBGB) is a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) founded on January 1, 2019. It was formed by amalgamating two RRBs of Bihar viz. Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (MBGB) and Bihar Gramin Bank (BGB). DBGB is sponsored by Punjab National Bank (PNB). NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), as a statutory body of Government of India, came into existence in pursuance of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 on August 17, 1995. The emblem of NCTE has an abstract symbol which shows a pair of hands supporting a light or lotus bud held by a pair of strong hands symbolise, enabling the teachers in their profession. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘गुरुर्गुरुतमो धाम’ meaning ‘Supporting the Teacher to Glory’ and its acronym are written.

SARVA HARYANA GRAMIN BANK Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (SHGB), Haryana’s Apna Bank (हरियाणा का अपना बैंक) came to existence on November 29, 2013 under RRB Act 1976, out of amalgamation of Haryana Gramin Bank (Sponsored by PNB) and Gurgaon Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Syndicate Bank), through gazette notification No. S.O. 3536(E), dated November 29, 2013 by the Government of India and became the sole Regional Rural Bank of the State with Headquarter at Rohtak. UNIVERSITY OF NORTH BENGAL The University of North Bengal (UNB) was established by an Act of the Legislature of West Bengal in 1962. The motto of the university in Sanskrit is ‘समनो मन्त्रः समितिः समानी’ meaning ‘Common be your prayers, Common be the end of your assembly’. The square emblem in violet and yellow has a motif of Bengali swastika adapted to form an engrossing central figure in a circle, resembling four persons. Adjacent to this on both the sides floral decorations of the region are placed and on its top and bottom its name is written. The emblem was designed by the artist Ajit Dasgupta, who was a professor of art at the university. The emblem was adopted by the university in 1962, the year it was founded. The colour violet symbolises modesty, humility, innocence, purity, faith, hope, wisdom and spirituality and the colour yellow symbolises happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.
