The emblem of Vivekananda Vision Arts & Science College (VVASC) features a portrait of Swami Vivekanada ensconced by a green decorative circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The motto of the college ‘Visio Inspired Action’ is inscribed on a blue banner placed below the seal. Swami Vivekanada was a pivotal Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramhansa who modernized Hinduism and introduced Indian Vedanta and Yoga to the West.

14 CORPS The 14 Corps of the Indian Army is a part of the Army’s Udhampur-based Northern Command. It was raised after the Kargil War in 1999, to control troops in Ladakh. It currently consists of 3rd Infantry Division. The division was created in October 1962 in Ladakh. It fought in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965.
