KLN COLLEGE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (KLNCIT)

The emblem of KLN College of Information Technology (KLNCIT) features a panel housing the motifs of a telephone, four power symbols, a motor, a mobile phone, a computer mouse, a torch held by a hand, an open book and a satellite dish antenna surmounted by a border inscribed with the initials of the college and supported by a border inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Knowledge Leads to Nobility’. The panel is placed over a gopuram or temple tower. Below the assemblage, on a yellow banner, the name of the college and its year of establishment are written. The gopuram refers to divine grace and guidance; the hand holding torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering and technology.
