The name of the college is written on the right with the motto of the college ‘Inspire Values Success’ at the bottom. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the gearwheel refers to engineering and technology; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; and the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage.
