The motto of the college in Tamil ‘கல்வியே முழுமை’ meaning ‘Education is Completeness’ is written above the images.The circle is placed on a light green floral spread. The temple and the gopuram signifies the history and heritage of the place and divine grace and guidance; the statue of Thiruvallur is a famous landmark; the coconut trees refer to the local flora; the book refers to education and knowledge; and the lamp symbolises symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.
