The initials of the college ‘JSPMSTIOTR’ are inscribed on a banner placed below the seal. The lamp symbolises  light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; and the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom,

UNIVERSITY OF RAJASTHAN The University of Rajputana was established in January 8, 1947. Its emblem is a three layered concentric circle. The inner circle in black colour has a traditional lamp in the middle supported on left by Ashoka Chakra, right by a book, below these by ‘1947’ and topped by its name. The second layer has its name in Devanagari write in red on a golden background on top and by its motto in Sanskrit ‘धर्मोविश्वस्य जगतः प्रतिष्ठा’ meaning ‘The Whole World is Sustainable only by Virtue of Satya, Ahimasa, Tyag, Pragna, Karuna and Maitri’. The university was inaugurated on October 21, 2007 by its founder. The circular blue colour logo of the university has a flying pigeon placed atop the year of establishment ‘2007’ ensconced by a blue border which carries the name of the university and its motto ‘Knowledge is Power’. The flying pigeon signifies fertility and prosperity, fortune, luck and transformation. The bird also symbolises persistence, harmony, wellbeing, mercy, forgiveness and freedom. MADHYA PRADESH POLICE Reorganization of States led to the formation of State of Madhya Pradesh on November 01, 1956 comprising of the erstwhile central province of Bhopal, Madhya Bharat and Vindhya Pradesh. The first Inspector General of the new state was Shri B.G.Ghate, who was succeeded by Shri K. F. Rustamji in 1958. The emblem of the Madhya Pradesh Police has a circle inscribed with Devanagari acronym ‘माप्रपु’ in cyan.
