Below the shield, the motto of the college ‘திட்டம் செயல் பயன்’ meaning ‘Plan Action Outcome’ is placed at the bottom. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book refers to learning, knowledge, education and wisdom; and the image of Thiruvalluvar refers to Tamil literature and heritage.
