The emblem of Sharad Institute of Technology College of Engineering (SITCOE) features a nonogram of the initials ‘SIT’ with the abstract orange pictorials of a torch with flame in the form of a gearwheel and the dot on the letter ‘i’ depicted as a gearwheel. An orbital ring supports the emblem. The orange colour signifies energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness; and the gearwheel denotes denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.

14 CORPS The 14 Corps of the Indian Army is a part of the Army’s Udhampur-based Northern Command. It was raised after the Kargil War in 1999, to control troops in Ladakh. It currently consists of 3rd Infantry Division. The division was created in October 1962 in Ladakh. It fought in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965.
