The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited was established by Nowrosjee Wadia in 1879 as a small operation of Indian spun cotton yarn dip dyed by hand, Bombay Dyeing has now grown to be one of the most respected and trusted brands in the country. Its first store was started in 1879 with only the store manager. Stylish linens, towels, home furnishings, leisure clothing, kids wear and a whole blissful range of other products are now available across 350 plus exclusive Bombay Dyeing Retail or 2000 plus multi-brand stores. It has a khaki and white monogram with ‘b’ and ‘d’ and a wordmark of its name placed in a blue colour parallelogram. The font used is a sans serif with varying stroke thickness.
