The emblem of Darul Huda Islamic University (DHIU) has an open book written with ‘التعليم الدعوة' التربية’ (Education Advocacy Education) is supporting a nib of a pen placed on a blue globe. These motifs are circumscribed by a green circular line. Which glows like the sun with rays. On both sides of the circle green laurels are placed. The name of the university is written around this assemblage in English and Arabic. At the bottom, on a banner its motto in Arabic ‘ان علينا للهدى’ meaning ‘Guidance is Upon Us’. The globe symbolises education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the open book symbolises learning, knowledge, education and wisdom; the nib of a pen symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence and the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
