The emblem of Shree Santkrupa Institute of Engineering & Technology Ghogaon, (SSIET) features the motifs of a mortarboard hat, a computer, a water dam, a pair of gear wheels, a pair of electrical transmission towers and a rocket with the motto of the college in Sanskrit written above. These are ensconced by a blue gearwheel inscribed with the name of the college. The mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering and technology.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’.
