KONERU LAKSHMAIAH EDUCATION FOUNDATION Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF) has been deemed to be university since 2009. Earlier it was known as Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering (KLCE) and Koneru Lakshmaiah University, located in Vaddeswaram, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The red and blue emblem of the foundation has a gear wheel with twelve teeth of which nine bear the symbols of nine planets.
