The temple refers to the heritage and history and divine grace and guidance; the ‘Golden Lotus Tank’ refers to the divine boon and blessings; the palmleaf manuscript refers to heritage, knowledge, history and wisdom; the fish is the official motif of the erstwhile kingdom of Pandyas.
