The oval-shaped emblem of Amman College of Education (ACE) features an image of Goddess Sri Abirami Amman supported by an open book and ensconced by a red oval border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a white banner, the motto of the college in Tamil ‘உண்மை உழைப்பு உயர்வு’ meaning ‘Truth Labour Growth’ is inscribed. The Goddess refers to the local deity, divine blessings and guidance; and the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
